With more and more of the workforce being mobile, we’re always looking for ways to get the tasks we need to done while on the go. Have you ever been on your way to meeting and needed to review a report or document beforehand? Or maybe you’re traveling to a conference or to meet a prospective client where you need to give a presentation. In the spirit of mobility and digesting information on the go, wouldn’t it be nice to have a way to review that information the same way you listen to music or stream a podcast?

Simply pop your ear buds in and press play on productivity with this new tool that can help you save time and catch up when you’re on the go.

So how does it work? You can use a Xerox ConnectKey® Technology-enabled multifunction printer (MFP) or your mobile device to convert hard-copy content into an mp3 audio file – it’s fast and easy, and lets you listen to your documents wherever, whenever.

You’re ready to hit the road in three easy steps:

  1. Scan or Upload: Scan your document(s) at your MFP or upload your document(s) to the mobile app.
  2. Access: If you used your MFP to scan your document, you’ll be emailed a link to your converted audio file. If you uploaded the document via the mobile app on your phone or tablet, you can open the file right from the mobile app.
  3. Listen: Grab your headphones and listen to your content!
